This Privacy Policy explains how Joslin Solutions LLC ("we," "us") handles information when you use the RealmForge mobile app and related services (the "Service"). By using RealmForge, you agree to this Policy. RealmForge is intended only for users 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). It is not directed to children.
1. Information we collect
Account information
- Email address and display name (via Firebase Authentication / Google Sign-In).
- A unique user ID and, if you provide one, a profile name/photo.
Gameplay information
- Your in-game progress: domains, Forge Sparks, Essence balance, levels, daily streaks, daily spins, lottery entries, quests, achievements, referrals, and leaderboard stats.
- Reward/redemption requests, including the delivery email or identifier you provide to receive a gift card.
Device & usage information
- Device type, OS version, app version, and a device/advertising identifier.
- In-app activity and diagnostic/crash data used to operate and improve the Service.
Advertising information
- We show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and Google may collect your advertising identifier and related data to serve and measure ads. See Google's policies at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
2. How we use information
- To create and manage your account and game progress.
- To operate the rewards/sweepstakes feature and deliver gift cards.
- To serve and measure ads, and to detect fraud and invalid activity.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
3. How information is shared
- Service providers: Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting, cloud functions) and Google AdMob (ads).
- Reward fulfillment: a third-party gift-card provider (e.g., Tremendous) to deliver rewards you redeem.
- Legal: when required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the Service.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Advertising choices
You can reset or limit ad personalization via your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads). EU/UK users may be shown a consent prompt where required.
5. Data retention
We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see below).
6. Your rights & account deletion
You may request access to or deletion of your account and associated data by emailing info@joslinsolutions.pro, or by using the in-app account-deletion option. We will process verified requests within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Children
RealmForge is for users 18+ and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. United States
The Service is operated from the United States and intended for U.S. users. By using it, you understand your information is processed in the U.S.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy as the Service evolves and new features are added. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
