Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the RealmForge app and services (the "Service"), provided by Joslin Solutions LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and a U.S. resident to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. One account per person. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

3. The game & virtual items

• RealmForge includes virtual items such as Forge Sparks, Essence, and domains.
• Virtual items have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be transferred or sold, except that Essence may be redeemed for rewards solely as described in the Official Rules.
• We may modify, balance, reset, or discontinue virtual items, game mechanics, rates, or rewards at any time.

4. Rewards & sweepstakes

RealmForge offers a free-to-enter sweepstakes reward feature. No purchase is necessary to play or to earn or redeem rewards. Rewards (e.g., gift cards) are governed by the Official Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms. Rewards are fulfilled through a third-party provider and are subject to verification and anti-fraud review.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, automation, scripts, or exploits, or otherwise cheat or manipulate the game or rewards.
• Create multiple or fake accounts, or generate invalid ad activity (e.g., fraudulent or encouraged ad views/clicks).
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, withhold rewards, and reverse balances for violations or suspected fraud.

6. Advertising

The Service is supported by ads. By using it, you agree we and our ad partners (e.g., Google AdMob) may display ads as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. No purchases

RealmForge does not currently sell virtual currency or items. If paid features are added in the future, they will be governed by additional terms presented at that time.

8. Updates to the Service & disclaimers

RealmForge is actively developed: we may update, improve, modify, add to, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service — including features, content, realms, events, mechanics, and rewards — at any time, with or without notice. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific earnings, or reward availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joslin Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the value of rewards properly owed to you or US $100.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
